Kai Wilkinson

Within my work I aim to merge the realms of audio and video in order to create an immersive environment for the viewer. In my pieces I strive to provide access to an altered state of perception and ultimately shift your perspective in a novel direction. It is my goal to occasion an emotive response in the viewer, as creating things that make people feel drives me to do what I do. The leading reason why I continue to make videos is to invoke change and spark creativity in my viewers. I am often inspired by visuals that I can’t fully wrap my head around and hope to emulate that feeling of awe/curiosity in my own work.
